- •A buffet breakfast can be provided for 100 AED per person.
- •Individuals under 5 years old and over 65 years old will not be accepted for the flight.
- •The maximum weight limit is 119 kg; those exceeding this weight can participate with an additional fee and pilot approval.
- •Pregnant participants are not accepted for the flight.
- •No refunds will be made if the tour is canceled.
- •Participants must be in good physical condition; they must be able to get in and out of the basket and assume the landing position.
- •Those with health issues, disabilities, or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate.
- •It is prohibited to carry heavy loads during the event.
- •People under the influence of alcohol or substances will be prohibited from flying.

- •Flights depend on weather conditions. For safety reasons, the pilot may cancel the flight. In such cases, a new date or refund option will be provided.
