This makes the experience easy to follow and accessible without the need for additional translation. The entire safari is designed to be smooth, well-organized, and beginner-friendly — and the Triponix team stays in touch with you before and during the tour for any assistance you may need.

Yes. Sand surfing is a free and fun activity offered in all our desert safari tours. During the tour, a break is taken on one of the most beautiful and sloped sand dunes in the desert. The surfboards stored in our vehicles will be prepared by your driver, and guests can try sand surfing one by one. Sand surfing does not require any technical knowledge or experience. It is safe since it is done on a soft surface and provides an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.

Are there toilet, water, and hygiene facilities during the Dubai Desert Safari Tour?

Yes, our campsite has separate, regularly cleaned toilets for men and women. There are also sinks and handwashing areas available. Our camp stands out as one of the best desert camps in Dubai in terms of hygiene and infrastructure standards. We aim to provide a comfortable and safe environment, especially for families and guests with children. Free drinking water is offered at the campsite, and options for tea, coffee, and various non-alcoholic beverages are also available for our guests.

What is the difference between the Premium and Standard packages in the Dubai Desert Safari Tour?

Both packages cover the same tour program: desert driving with 4x4 vehicles (dune bashing), camel riding, sandboarding, traditional dance performances, and dinner, with all activities being common. The difference is in the services and seating arrangement offered at the camp site : Standard Package : Guests are hosted in a general seating area used by everyone at the camp site. The seating arrangement may vary according to the camp setup; meals are taken from a communal buffet area used by all guests. Premium Package: Guests are hosted in a designated private section of the camp site, in a more comfortable area. Additionally, a separate buffet dining area is used, apart from the standard area. This offers the opportunity to dine and watch performances in a quieter and more comfortable atmosphere.

Is there an age limit for children?

Children under 3 years old can participate in the tour for free only if they are traveling in their parents' arms . Children aged 3 and over are charged the full fare, and seats are assigned in the vehicle to ensure safe travel. If you require a baby seat , please inform us in advance during the reservation . Seats are provided subject to availability. For the ATV Safari, there are also small-sized vehicles available for children.

Is the ATV single-person?

The ATV vehicle included in the tour package is single-person . If you would like to use a double-person ATV, you can contact our customer service before making a reservation or create a separate reservation for the safari and double-person ATV tour on the day of the tour. "Can pregnant women or those with small babies participate in the safari tour?"

Yes, our pregnant guests and families with small babies can participate in the safari tour. However, the bumpy ride section in the 4x4 vehicles known as dune bashing is not recommended for health reasons. During this time, our guests can safely wait at the desert side rest facility under the guidance of our guide and then continue the program by joining the camp section of the tour.

What should be considered when riding an ATV?

ATV vehicles are suitable for off-road driving, but sudden acceleration, sharp turns, and unstable maneuvers can increase the risk of overturning . Therefore, it is mandatory for all participants to drive in a controlled, careful manner and to follow the instructions of the instructors.

How long does the ATV included Dubai Desert Safari tour last?

Dubai Desert Safari Tour lasts approximately 7 hours , including pick-up from the hotel and drop-off back to the hotel. In winter months , hotel transfers usually start between 14:00 – 14:30 , and the tour ends around 21:00 – 21:30 . In summer months , the tour starts later; pick-up times from the hotel are between 15:00 – 15:30 and return time is around 22:00 – 22:30 . Pick-up and drop-off times may vary slightly depending on the location of your hotel. The entire tour takes place in one evening, as an intense but enjoyable program.
